For example, an employer may use AIRA to process applicant information, or a business may use Sentio to process customer conversations.

When you contact us, request a demo, subscribe to updates or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:

Our products perform different functions.
- AIRA: AIRA may process recruitment information such as resumes, applications, job requirements, interview responses, interview recordings, transcripts, scores, evaluations, candidate status and related recruitment information.
- Sentio: Sentio may process customer communications and related information, including audio, transcripts, text, conversation metadata, sentiment or quality indicators, coaching information and analytics.
- Canopy: Canopy may process HR and workforce information, including employee records, attendance, leave, payroll-related information, documents, approvals, workforce activity and compliance information.
The precise categories depend on the customer's configuration and use of the applicable Service.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- provide, operate and maintain our Services;
- respond to enquiries and requests;
- arrange demonstrations;
- communicate with customers and prospective customers;
- provide customer support;
- manage accounts;
- authenticate users;
- protect our systems and Services;
- detect fraud, abuse and security incidents;
- troubleshoot and improve our Services;
- understand how our Website and Services are used;

These safeguards may include encryption, access controls, authentication, monitoring, logging and other security measures appropriate to the nature of the information. If your request concerns information processed by Olive Branch on behalf of one of our enterprise customers, we may direct you to that customer or work with the customer to respond to your request.

Some Services may process information that is considered sensitive under applicable law. We process sensitive information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or the applicable Customer Agreement and as permitted by law. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes prohibited by applicable law.
15. Employment and Recruitment Information
AIRA may be used in employment and recruitment processes. Olive Branch does not make final employment decisions for customers. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, accessibility, privacy and automated-decision laws.
16. Audio, Video and Conversation Data
Some Services may process audio, video, transcripts and other communications. Customers are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consent required before recording, monitoring, transcribing or analyzing communications. Depending on the jurisdiction and circumstances, laws may require consent from one or all parties to a communication.
17. Healthcare Information
If a customer uses our Services in connection with protected health information ("PHIPHI"), the applicable processing may be governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement. If you need to discuss healthcare-related processing, please contact us before submitting PHI.
18. Children's Privacy
Our Website and Services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Website. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. Where a customer uses our Services to process information about minors, the customer is responsible for complying with applicable children's privacy laws.
